Background

Ipic Property Management (Pty) Ltd is the in-house property management company for the Ipic Group and is based at the Ipic Shopping Centre Soneike. The IPM team handles the daily operational management of the 10 commercial properties in the Ipic portfolio and deals with leasing, rental collection, facilities management, utility management, marketing, preventative maintenance, and the ongoing fostering of tenant relationships.

The IPM office employs a team of administrative staff with the company being headed up by Justin Mills as Managing Director
